If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy working in technical support and technology, this could be your opportunity for professional growth. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support (L1 and L2\) to on-site and remote users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and Windows operating systems. * Assist in the implementation and support of new digital workflows. * Support network infrastructure and information security management. * Act consultatively, guiding users on best practices for using company systems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Technical experience in computer maintenance, Windows, networking, and basic information security concepts. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and availability for travel between group units. * Prior experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
