We are seeking an IT Assistant focused on providing technical support to internal users to join our team! **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00; Friday: 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to employees (helpdesk). * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. * Monitor and support the company’s internal network (wired and Wi-Fi). * Assist in managing and controlling IT equipment. * Replace toner cartridges. * Maintain telephony infrastructure. * Perform preventive and corrective tasks on computer equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school or currently enrolled in a technical course in IT/Informatics. * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks. * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong problem-solving ability and teamwork skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses related to Information Technology. * Prior experience in technical support or helpdesk roles. * Basic knowledge of information security. **Work Location:** Tatuí
