




Job Summary: Manage the HR team, optimize performance and customer satisfaction, providing support and ensuring legal compliance in labor-related processes. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring legal compliance and delivery deadlines Manage the HR team with a focus on optimizing departmental performance and ensuring continuous customer satisfaction, providing support whenever necessary for executed processes. **Main Responsibilities** Ensure delivery deadlines are met according to legislation and each client's contractual terms; Provide technical reference materials aligned with current legislation to the team, following the company's official standards; Monitor each team member's performance, delivering training and other necessary measures to fulfill their roles; Support the company's strategic decisions by providing technical and operational expertise from the HR area to the executive board; Define and monitor periodic departmental goals to ensure optimal deliverables; Ensure the physical and intellectual safety of team members; Analyze each client’s labor situation to guarantee compliance with applicable labor obligations; Handle hiring and termination procedures for the team, ensuring appropriate selection and training processes per position; Attend strategic meetings with the executive board to provide technical support for decision-making; Respond to client requests requiring remote advisory services via phone or e\-mail, based on internal criteria regarding each client’s complexity; Serve as the liaison with the Group’s external service providers for Occupational Health and Safety; Perform labor calculations to support clients during judgment settlement proceedings; Initiate, analyze, and collect necessary information for retirement applications through the CNIS system; Issue DIRF statements for all clients within legal parameters for submission to the Legal Obligations department; Lead internal communications initiatives and Group events; Support other company leaders in monitoring compliance with internal policies. Conduct the onboarding process for new Group employees; Prepare defense submissions for infringement notice proceedings, when required; Collaborate with the Tax Department to evaluate cross-functional demands—such as tax planning, issuance of fiscal documents, and withholding of labor-related and INSS amounts; Salary: R$5\.500,00 \- R$5\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Accounting firm (Preferred) Workplace: On-site
