Join Enliv! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Contact customers to negotiate outstanding debts, monitor payments, and send invoices; Support customers via digital platforms and WhatsApp, delivering prompt and efficient assistance; Maintain up-to-date records in the system to ensure proper case tracking; Support the Finance team in receivables routines, reconciliation, and delinquency control; Prepare reports and provide strategic information to support management; Collaborate with other departments, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and positive outcomes. **REQUIREMENTS:** **REQUIREMENTS:** Previous experience in collections and/or customer service; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organization, accountability, and goal orientation; Proficiency in Excel and digital customer service tools; Ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences and resolve requests empathetically and professionally. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM, or ERP systems; Experience in collections for recurring services.
