




**POSITION: AUDIT** * **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to MultiOne partners via chat, email, voice or video calls. Identify requests, analyze situations and provide clear and efficient guidance. Perform problem diagnosis and resolution, monitoring each interaction until its conclusion. Collaborate with internal teams for adjustments, improvements and implementation of solutions. Ensure a satisfactory service experience aligned with partners’ needs. * **Requirements:** Proactive profile, strong communication skills — including with other departments — attention to detail, organizational skills and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). Prior experience is not required; only affinity with the activities and willingness to learn. * **Salary:** R$ 1\.550,00 * **Benefits:** Possibility of changing departments later: YES; Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
