




You will be responsible for identifying and responding to digital threats that could impact our customers. Your activities include screening suspicious URLs to detect malicious campaigns—such as phishing and malware—as well as notifying the appropriate contacts for removal (takedown) and tracking the status of these actions until completion. During on-call shifts, you will also be responsible for triaging events, analyzing incidents, and identifying phishing campaigns, suspicious applications, fake social media pages, fraud schemes, and various cyberattacks that may pose risks to our customers’ businesses. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities** * Perform analysis and classification of URLs; * Issue takedown notifications to infrastructure owners of malicious campaigns; * Track status and validate triaged campaigns to ensure resolution; * Analyze and identify phishing events, suspicious applications, fake social media pages, and related fraud schemes; * Continuously update the contact database for notifications, optimizing response time; * Maintain communication templates for infrastructure owners of malicious pages and campaigns; * Identify and propose automation and process improvements for triage, analysis, and notification. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Soft Skills:** * Communication * Flexibility * Self-management * Teamwork **Hard Skills:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Computer Science, Information Security, Networks, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** Proficiency in English will be considered a plus. Internship experience or academic projects in cybersecurity will be considered a plus. Ability to work overnight shifts (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM) will be considered a plus.
