




**Job Description:** **Working Hours:** MON TO FRI: 07:00–12:00, 13:12–17:00 **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology, or related fields; Experience in the field; Basic knowledge of communication and intermediate-level Microsoft Office is desirable; Knowledge of recruitment and selection is a plus; Knowledge of competency-based management is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Support the maintenance and updating of the company’s job and salary policy; Assist in drafting and reviewing job descriptions, gathering information from managers and employees; Conduct job audits based on the drafted descriptions; Support salary surveys and analyses, tabulating data and assisting in preparing comparative reports; Register and update job, personnel movement, and salary classification information in internal systems; Provide administrative support for performance evaluation, organizational climate, and internal recognition processes; Support analysis of personnel movement requests (promotions, salary adjustments, and job changes), in accordance with current guidelines and salary tables; Perform other duties related to the department as directed by immediate leadership. **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent CLT Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00–R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
