




**Job Mission:** Provide courteous, agile, and efficient service to customers and representatives, ensuring proper order formalization and management, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s smooth operational flow. **Key Responsibilities:** * Attend to customers via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, or other channels defined by the company. * Formalize orders in the system, ensuring accurate entry of information. * Carry out order modifications, additions, and cancellations as requested by the customer or representative. * Provide support and assistance to sales representatives, clarifying doubts regarding orders, deadlines, products, and processes. * Monitor order status, ensuring proper progress until completion. * Record interactions and keep information updated in internal systems. * Uphold service quality by adhering to the company’s standards and policies. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress is desirable). * Prior experience in customer service. * Basic knowledge of order management systems, ERP, or CRM (desirable). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
