





Description: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields; Experience in administrative functions and leadership roles; Experience in infrastructure, transportation, logistics, or highway concession companies is a plus. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of administrative routines, cost control, contract management, and procurement; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, Senior, or similar) is desirable. Supervise the administrative activities of the operational units within the highway concession, ensuring adequate support to technical and operational areas, compliance with corporate policies, resource control, and proper execution of local administrative, logistical, and financial processes. Key Responsibilities: * Administrative Routines Management: Supervise timekeeping, benefits administration, material requisitions, travel support, facility maintenance, warehouse operations, and other administrative demands across highway units; * Support to Operational Areas: Provide direct support to traffic, toll collection, emergency response (APH), maintenance, and road preservation departments, ensuring timely delivery of essential administrative resources and services; * Team Management: Lead administrative assistants and clerks, organizing tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting alignment with internal procedures; * Cost and Contract Control: Support oversight of third-party service contracts (e.g., cleaning, security, maintenance, catering), tracking deadlines, scopes, and service quality; * Interface with Corporate Departments: Serve as the liaison between highway operations and corporate departments such as HR, Procurement, Finance, and IT, ensuring smooth process execution; * Asset and Logistics Management: Monitor usage of administrative vehicles, equipment, furniture, and inventory, ensuring proper control and preservation of company assets; * Report Preparation: Consolidate administrative reports, expense reports, fleet control reports, team productivity reports, and other information to support management decisions; * Audit and Internal Process Compliance: Organize required documentation and evidence for internal and external audits, as well as inspections by regulatory bodies (e.g., ANTT). 2512060202191267584
