Assistance in preparing financial and procurement reports The Administrative/Financial Assistant will support the administrative and financial activities of companies we serve, ensuring document organization and control, as well as collaborating in executing tasks related to departmental management. * **Customer Service:** Receive and route phone calls, e\-mails, and correspondence, ensuring friendly and efficient service. * + **Departmental Document Organization:** Create spreadsheets for departments, maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to required information. + **Financial Control:** Assist with bank reconciliation, recording of expenses and revenues, and managing accounts payable and receivable. + **Invoice Issuance:** Prepare and issue invoices, maintaining compliance with current legislation. + **Financial Reports:** Assist in preparing financial reports and analyzing performance indicators using Excel and management systems. + **Procurement Department Support:** Assist in the procurement process for materials and services, including obtaining quotations and inventory control. + **Meeting Participation:** Contribute information and insights during administrative and financial meetings, either in person or online.
