




#### *** Job opening from a Talentbrand client company *** ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Manage personnel under your responsibility, including dismissing employees, sizing and reallocating staff to understaffed areas, conducting performance evaluations of security guards, access controllers and property monitors, holding periodic meetings with them aiming to find solutions that impact team productivity/relationships; * Conduct analysis and follow-up on customer evaluations regarding provided services, checking observations/complaints, using an overall average method, analyzing them in order to provide input for the company's established evaluation system; * Participate in and implement the organization of workflow procedures for new clients, instructing employees on proper Asset Security procedures, identifying types of necessary measures to be taken, detecting problems and/or doubts, resolving them, and carrying out routines within required quality standards. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Requirements:** * High school diploma completed; * Updated Security Guard course; * Computer skills; * Driver's license A/B; * Experience as Team Leader Guard or Inspector; * Knowledge of asset security area routines; ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
