We are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** who will be responsible for general maintenance of the Grain Unit. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Schedule and perform electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, machine, and equipment maintenance services—energized or de-energized—within the cooperative facilities, according to demand and manager's instructions. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment, including replacement of parts, gear adjustments, lubrication, installation, and testing of low-complexity devices, according to the schedule defined in the maintenance plan or as required and directed by the manager. * Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, complying with current safety regulations, to keep machines, equipment, motors, panels, electrical networks, and installations in perfect working condition. * Adjust and calibrate elevators, as well as maintain their electrical components. * Perform work at heights for roof, gutter, facade, and interior maintenance and repair, building repairs and renovations, light bulb replacements, among others. * Use appropriate tools and equipment for each type of task, including work at heights, using required safety accessories according to current legislation. * Paint walls, floors, doors, gates, and equipment using rollers and brushes with water-based paints. * Perform welding tasks occasionally.
