We make things happen—with courage, boldness, and enthusiasm—to consistently exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform and support facility maintenance and building/industrial painting services, contributing to the preservation, integrity, and safety of facilities in compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards * Carry out facility maintenance tasks, including minor civil repairs, structural adjustments, and general conservation services * Prepare surfaces for painting by performing cleaning, sanding, scraping, degreasing, rust removal, and basic treatment of metallic, concrete, and masonry substrates * Apply building and industrial paints and coatings using rollers, brushes, or spray guns (conventional/airless), per technical specifications * Execute simple industrial painting systems, including primer, intermediate coat, and finish applications, as well as anticorrosive, epoxy, polyurethane, and safety markings * Perform ground demarcation, pipeline painting according to color-coding standards, and area safety signage, meeting safety requirements * Conduct waterproofing, sealing, and minor surface repairs, ensuring proper adhesion and appropriate finishing * Support simple electrical and hydraulic maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, traps, and faucets * Perform technical cleaning and conservation of external areas—including roofs, gutters, and water tanks—per established procedures * Comply with safety regulations, operational checklists, and technical guidelines, using appropriate PPE and supporting isolation and organization of maintenance zones **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Experience in building painting Availability to work in Uberaba/MG * **Desirable Requirements:** Experience in industrial painting * **Additional Information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro starts now!
