WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Receive and inspect all utensils, supplies, and uniforms used by Back of the House (BOH) team members, ensuring compliance with company-defined process standards; * Verify expiration dates and quality, conduct tastings, and approve all products served to customers in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, thereby controlling and ensuring quality; * Organize preparation of employee meals (break). * Ensure sanitary and hygienic control over all food items present in the restaurant so they remain unaffected by any interference that could compromise their quality or pose health risks to consumers. * Occasionally assist in food preparation and plating, as needed, using available kitchen equipment.
