Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Pricing Analyst to strategically build and analyze financial models, support business decisions, and ensure sustainable outcomes. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Pricing Analyst (Mid-Level) We are looking for a **Mid-Level Pricing Analyst** to strategically build and analyze financial models, support business decisions, and ensure the sustainability of results. **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Education Requirement:** Completed Bachelor's Degree Main Responsibilities * Develop and review **pricing models for operations**, considering costs, statutory charges, infrastructure, and margin * Monitor **Income Statements by operation**, analyzing variances and improvement opportunities * Participate in developing **Budget and Forecast**, evaluating actual vs. budgeted performance * Conduct analysis of **headcount and labor costs**, including impacts of absenteeism and turnover * Support the commercial team with **simulations, scenario analyses, and contract feasibility assessments** * Develop and present **management reports** highlighting performance outcomes and trends * Identify and implement **improvements in processes and financial models** Technical Requirements (Essential) * **Advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling) * Experience with **managerial Income Statements** and performance analysis (margin and EBITDA) * Experience in **Budget and Forecast**, including variance analysis * Knowledge of **labor costs and CLT statutory charges** * Proficiency in **contact center operational metrics** (ASA, AHT, absenteeism, attrition, occupancy, productivity) * Experience preparing **management reports and executive presentations** If you enjoy working with data, possess strategic vision, and wish to thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
