Career development ***Accounting Supervisor \- Work Setting: Accounting Firm*** ***Responsibilities:*** * Coordinate the accounting team, providing technical guidance and ensuring fulfillment of departmental accounting tasks; * Monitor and ensure compliance with ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, DIRF, among others). * Supervise clients' routine accounting activities, guaranteeing accurate delivery within legal deadlines. * Perform review of accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. * Maintain direct contact with clients to align requirements, clarify doubts, and provide technical support. * Support implementation of improvements in accounting processes and system usage. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and current legislation. * Participate in strategic meetings with company leadership. * Calculate, verify, and submit tax payment slips to clients; * Conduct onboarding meetings for new clients, guiding them on office procedures; * Ensure all accounting department requirements are met for all firm clients. ***Requirements:*** * Degree in **Accounting Sciences \- Completed** * **Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor/Team Leader;** * Experience and expertise in accounting operations, **particularly Real Profit**. * Preferred knowledge of the **Domínio** system and the **Acessórias** system ***Additional Information:*** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:48; Experience and expertise in accounting operations, \***particularly Real Profit**\*. * **Starting Salary from** **R$ 6\.500,00** ***Benefits:*** * Nationwide Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Meal Card \- R$ 500 average/month * Birthday Off * Pharmacy Allowance * Gympass/Wellhub * Life Insurance * **Career Development Plan** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$6\.500,00 \- R$6\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Supervision or coordination of the accounting department?
