Financial and cost management perspective for continuous improvement Bar\-Restaurant Manager Main Responsibilities: * **Personnel Management:** Recruit, train, and supervise staff; create work schedules; manage payroll. * **Operations:** Ensure efficient bar and restaurant operations by supervising service delivery, reservation processes, and customer satisfaction. * **Financial Control:** Monitor and control costs; manage budgeting, food, beverage, and supply inventory; oversee procurement. * **Quality and Service:** Guarantee product and service quality, ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and maintain hygiene and safety standards. * **Compliance and Regulations:** Ensure all staff comply with health, safety, hygiene, and other applicable establishment regulations. * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement new technologies or procedures to enhance service and management efficiency. * **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare performance reports covering financial, inventory, and personnel metrics to inform senior management. Desired Skills: Leadership and team management, excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, financial and cost management acumen, knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
