If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support process projects focused on internal and external customers; * Support process standardization and documentation (functions and activities); * Support proactive action plans for continuous improvement and periodic review of processes and projects; * Monitor and update management forum performance indicators; * Prepare spreadsheets containing key departmental data; * Carry out assigned tasks aiming to achieve all goals defined for your role; * Serve internal and external customers with quality, efficiency, friendliness, courtesy, and respect; * Attend 100% of trainings to which you are invited by the organization; * Preserve and safeguard company assets; * Understand the company’s vision and mission; * Comply with company and departmental regulatory standards; * Uphold ethics and discipline within the company; * Apply 5S practices; * Perform other duties related to those described above, as determined by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic background: * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration or related fields Technical knowledge: * Computer literacy * Microsoft Office suite Behavioral skills: * Interpersonal relationships * Proactivity * Communication * Analytical ability and critical thinking * Autonomy Valid and active Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) required **Additional Information** * Benefit card: R$ 231.00 * On-site lunch * Birthday day off * Wellhub ##### **Born from agribusiness, we at Ceres Investimentos relentlessly pursue integrated solutions for the agribusiness sector.
