Our **Operations \& Supply** team seeks a person passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to our customers, helping boost productivity and sustainability in **agriculture.** In the **Reach Stacker Operator** role, the professional will operate reach stackers by managing gear, steering, and lifting controls to transport, stack, and position materials, raw materials, boxes, bales, and similar loads in warehouses, yards, depots, and other locations. Each **UBY** employee’s **DNA** makes them unique! ***\#grupoubyagro*** ***\#vemprauby*** ***\#somosubyfolianos*** ***\#somosubylovers*** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this position, you will be responsible for:** * Operating the reach stacker, controlling gear and steering mechanisms to position it for material pickup or unloading; * Picking up loads by inserting them onto the base, forks, or lifting platform, then raising them for transport to the designated location; * Driving the loaded reach stacker through the warehouse or depot while observing safety regulations to transport the collected load; * Unloading the reach stacker by moving the forks or lifting platform to the required height to place the load on the floor or onto shelving; * Maintaining the reach stacker by lubricating moving parts and checking oil, water, and fuel levels to keep it in good working condition, completing the machine’s checklist accordingly; * Physically verifying products scheduled for shipment against the corresponding invoice or purchase/sales order; * Checking labels and ensuring the storage or delivery address is correct; * Operating material handling and control equipment; * Performing physical transfers of raw materials and inputs between warehouses, following duly signed transfer documents per departmental procedures; * Loading and unloading trucks, properly completing the blind sheet to maintain inventory control; * Verifying and storing products and materials in the raw materials warehouse; * Ensuring internal and external cleanliness of the area together with the logistics assistant; **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** **Required:** * Completed elementary education; * Valid Reach Stacker Operator training certificate; * Experience operating reach stackers; * Flexibility regarding work hours. **Desirable** * Driver’s license category C or D; * Defensive driving certification; * Basic knowledge of reach stacker mechanics. **Additional Information** **Join us as a UbyAgro culture ambassador** * Cultivating a visionary mindset; * Valuing people; * Fostering integrity; * Ensuring excellence in our products and services; * Developing meaningful innovations aligned with our culture; * Yellow Boots (Identify fully with the field — head to toe); A Brazilian multinational company that, since 1985, has developed specialty products supplying macro- and micronutrients for granule coating, seed, seedling, and cutting treatment, and foliar applications across all agricultural crops — a company that loves what it does.
