This role requires strong project management capabilities, ensuring all activities are carried out within established technical, budgetary, and scheduling standards, guaranteeing the quality and safety of highway works. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the preparation of highway engineering projects, including preliminary studies, executive designs, and technical specifications; * Plan, organize, and control the construction phases of highway works, such as building, expansion, restoration, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements (pavement, bridges, overpasses, signage, drainage, etc.); * Manage financial, human, and material resources involved in engineering projects, ensuring delivery of works within budget and scheduled timelines; * Supervise and guide engineering teams and other professionals involved in projects, ensuring all stages comply with applicable technical and regulatory standards; * Develop and monitor project schedules, making adjustments when necessary to meet established goals; * Conduct quality, safety, and environmental compliance management for projects, ensuring all works and activities comply with applicable local, federal, and environmental regulations; * Interact with suppliers, contractors, and public agencies—including ANTT and municipal governments—to ensure alignment across all processes and proper execution of works; * Monitor and control contract execution for construction works, including risk, cost, and schedule management, to ensure project success; * Identify and propose continuous improvements to engineering and construction management processes, seeking technological innovations and practices that enhance operational efficiency; * Prepare technical and managerial reports on the progress of works and projects, presenting results to senior management and stakeholders; * Perform analysis and approval of technical documents, such as designs, drawings, descriptive memoranda, and budget spreadsheets; * Ensure compliance with current legislation, including safety, environmental, and traffic regulations, and guarantee adherence to requirements set forth by ANTT and other regulatory bodies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related fields; Solid experience coordinating highway engineering projects, preferably in highway concessions, transportation infrastructure, or large-scale construction; Technical Knowledge: ANTT, DNIT, and ABNT standards and regulations; Engineering project management; Construction planning and control; Cost and schedule control; Project management systems (MS Project, Primavera, etc.); Tools: Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management systems (MS Project, Primavera); Advanced Excel, among others; Driver’s License: Category B (desirable); Availability: For frequent travel and on-site supervision of construction works. **Additional Information** Work location will be in-person in Uberaba/MG; Working hours follow standard business hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass). **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. In the Way-262 Concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and includes 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS-112 and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned section of BR-158 runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 section runs from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. is responsible for the concession of BR-262, covering the stretch beginning at km 360+100—the junction with BR-381 in Betim—to km 799—the junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
