**Description:** Occupational Safety Technician \- Santa Lúcia Unit **Salary:** R$ 2,793.32 \+ benefits **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00 **Requirements:** Complete High School Education; Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Registration with the Ministry of Labor as an Occupational Safety Technician; Experience in Occupational Hygiene, PGR control measure implementation, employee training, and Senior System. **Desirable (Bonus for candidates, not mandatory for hiring):** Fire Brigade Training Course. Conduct training sessions and other didactic and pedagogical resources aimed at disseminating occupational safety and hygiene regulations and technical topics, with the objective of preventing accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses; Implement safety regulations to ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene measures; Identify, request, and inspect work areas; Accompany injured workers to the designated healthcare facility and issue documentation required by applicable legislation. Adhere to schedules established by Coordination; Inform the employer, via technical report, about hazards present in the workplace and advise on elimination and mitigation measures; Inform workers about risks associated with their activities, as well as elimination and mitigation measures; Conduct daily and nightly training sessions when necessary, along with other didactic and pedagogical resources aimed at disseminating occupational safety and hygiene regulations and technical topics, with the objective of preventing work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses; Implement safety regulations to ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene measures; Identify, request, and inspect fire protection equipment, audiovisual and didactic resources, and other materials deemed essential under current legislation, verifying their quality and technical specifications and evaluating their performance; Assess environmental working conditions and issue technical reports to support safe planning and organization of work for employees; Coordinate and collaborate with agencies and entities involved in the prevention of work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses; Participate in seminars, training sessions, congresses, and courses to promote professional exchange and development; Monitor employees involved in work-related accidents; Analyze risks, accidents, and failures, investigate root causes, propose preventive and corrective actions, and guide statistical analyses—including cost-related aspects. Participate in institutional committees, including CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention); Monitor the registration, election, and appointment process of CIPA members, filing required documentation with the respective labor union; Input data into the Senior System to meet eSocial requirements; Issue Work Orders to the Maintenance Department; Prepare PPP (Professional Profile Record) based on PPRA (Environmental Risk Prevention Program) assessments; Distribute and document PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); Maintain documentation archives; Replace dosimeters monthly, document replacements, send them for individual dose reading, print reports issued by the responsible service provider, and deliver them to employees; Register work-related accidents on the Social Security website; Attend departmental meetings; Comply with safety regulations, environmental control standards, other internal policies, and applicable legislation relevant to assigned duties; Perform other tasks similar to those described above, as determined by management. 2512130202201917892
