Join a team focused on innovation and agility. **We are looking for someone to join our operations team and help safely produce and bag high-quality products for our customers.** **Come make a difference with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform welding, cutting, and boiler-making services on parts, structures, and equipment using processes such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW/MIG/MAG), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW/TIG), and oxy-fuel cutting for repairs, adjustments, reinforcements, restoration, and assembly of metallic components. Plan and organize activities prior to execution, preparing materials, surfaces, equipment, and consumables, as well as performing preheating when required. Interpret technical drawings and specifications, verify dimensions and geometries before and after welding and cutting, conduct visual and dimensional inspections, identify defects, cracks, and wear, and perform preventive maintenance on welded parts.
