




Description: Required: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Geography, Environmental Management, or related fields; Regular registration with CREA. Possession of a Category B driver's license. Desirable: Postgraduate degree in the environmental field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Environmental management systems (ISO 14001, EMS); Knowledge: Contract analysis and budgeting concepts. Knowledge: Planning and execution of schedules. Responsible for environmental management of the highway concession, coordinating and executing activities related to monitoring, licensing, impact mitigation, environmental education, and compliance with legal and contractual requirements, ensuring adherence to environmental legislation and standards required by regulatory agencies. * Environmental Licensing Management: Prepare, monitor, and review environmental licensing studies and processes (LP, LI, LO) with agencies such as IBAMA, state and municipal environmental agencies; * Compliance with Licensing Conditions: Coordinate and monitor fulfillment of environmental conditions stipulated in licenses and the concession agreement, including preparation of reports and submission to competent authorities (e.g., ANTT and environmental agencies); * Environmental Monitoring: Plan, execute and/or oversee monitoring campaigns for fauna, flora, noise, water quality, air, and soil, in partnership with specialized consulting firms; * Environmental Programs Management: Supervise implementation of mandatory Environmental Programs (e.g., fauna/flora rescue, vegetation removal, restoration of degraded areas, environmental education, among others); * Fieldwork and Construction Inspection: Assess and monitor highway construction activities from an environmental perspective, identifying deviations, guiding corrective actions, and ensuring adoption of sound environmental practices; * Engagement with Regulatory Agencies: Serve as the primary contact point with environmental agencies, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, ANTT, and local communities, providing technical reports and information, and participating in meetings and site inspections; * Waste Management and Environmental Liabilities: Support implementation and oversight of waste management plans, and identify, assess, and propose solutions for environmental liabilities; * Environmental Education and Communication: Develop awareness campaigns and initiatives targeting employees, neighboring communities, and highway users; * Technical Reports and Performance Indicators: Prepare technical reports, environmental diagnostics, dashboards, and environmental performance indicators to support management and audit compliance; * Corporate Sustainability Support: Contribute data and projects for ESG reporting, emissions inventories, and corporate sustainability initiatives.
