




Description: To succeed in this position, it is important: Required: * Technical Course in Electrotechnics with active registration at CRT; * Previous experience in industrial electrical maintenance; * Knowledge of reading electrical diagrams, electrical control systems, frequency inverters, and programmable logic controllers (PLC); * Willingness to reside in Uberaba/MG. Desirable: * Undergraduate degree in Engineering in progress; * Previous experience in industrial electrical maintenance at biological defense product manufacturing plants; * Basic knowledge of bioprocesses. In this position, you will be responsible for: * Equipment Maintenance: Perform maintenance on sensors, heating resistors, agitation motors, and other electrical components of bioreactors, filling machines, mixers, and various utility sector equipment (compressors, chillers, cooling towers, steam generators); * Process Control: Monitor and adjust automation systems (PLC) that control environmental conditions (pH, oxygen, temperature) essential for biological cultivation; * Electrical Infrastructure: Carry out maintenance on distribution panels, substations, and generator sets to ensure availability and reliability in power reception, transformation, and distribution systems, aiming to prevent loss of biological batches due to failures; * Calibration and Instrumentation: Support calibration of laboratory and production line precision instruments, ensuring compliance with technical and environmental standards; * Safety and Regulations: Apply safety regulations (NR-10, NR-12) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures specific to the biological products sector; * Planning and Documentation: Organize work sheets, service orders, and assist in preparing material and labor cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities; * Collaboration: Assist engineers and work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and collaborating to solve complex problems; 2512280202491937535
