Are you up for joining us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** A dynamic and communicative person. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Providing user support via telephone, remote, or in-person assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of service requests, escalating them to resolver groups when necessary; * Supporting issues ranging from operating systems, software, hardware, networks, and Office Suite to technical demands and those related to services, security, and products; * Selecting, deploying, and maintaining hardware and software, as well as defining access controls and monitoring installed technical resources; * Ensuring compliance with customer requirements (SLA / service level) regarding the availability of IT resources through request handling, logging, resolution, and administration of operational technology platforms. **Requirements and qualifications** Advanced knowledge of: * Windows; * Active Directory; * Microsoft 365; * Certificate Services; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks and Security; * Debugging and Troubleshooting; * Disaster Recovery. **Preferred qualifications:** * ITIL certification; **NOTE:** Hey!
