APH Team Management: Supervise rescue personnel (first responders, nursing technicians, drivers), ensuring adherence to work schedules, continuous training, and performance in accordance with established protocols; Organize and manage shift schedules for APH rescue team leaders, as well as for drivers and first responders. Supervise and monitor timekeeping records for all APH staff, performing necessary adjustments in the timekeeping system according to internal guidelines. Response Coordination: Ensure rapid and effective response to medical incidents on highways, monitoring team dispatches by the Operational Control Center (OCC) and proper handling of interventions; Standardization of Procedures: Ensure that interventions align with pre-hospital care protocols, Ministry of Health standards, ANTT regulations, SAMU guidelines, and applicable state/municipal legislation; Operational Resource Management: Supervise the condition of ambulances, APH equipment, and medical supplies, ensuring their availability and proper functioning for interventions; Performance Indicator Analysis: Monitor intervention indicators (response time, type of incident, clinical outcomes), prepare reports, and propose process improvements; Training and Development: Organize periodic trainings, emergency simulations, and refresher courses for APH teams, in coordination with other operational departments; External Agency Interaction: Maintain relationships with SAMU, Fire Department, Federal Highway Police (PRF), hospitals, and local health authorities to ensure mutual support and integrated emergency responses; Documentation Management: Supervise the correct issuance and archiving of patient care forms, incident reports, and medication and supply logs, in compliance with legal requirements; Contingency Plan Support: Assist in developing and executing contingency and crisis response plans involving multiple casualties or events significantly impacting highway operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Preferred qualifications: Experience in APH, SAMU, Fire Department, or emergency services; Required: Driver’s license category D Leadership experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related fields – preferred; Specialization in Pre-Hospital Care, Urgent and Emergency Care – preferred. **Additional Information** On-site work in Uberaba/MG; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. Concessionaire is responsible for managing the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. Concessionaire is responsible for the concession of MS-112 and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned section of BR-158 runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 section extends from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. Concessionaire is responsible for the BR-262 concession, covering the stretch beginning at km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim, extending to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
