Supervise and monitor timekeeping records for all APH staff, making necessary adjustments in the timekeeping system according to internal guidelines. **Response Coordination:** Ensure rapid and effective response to medical incidents on highways, monitoring team dispatch by the Operational Control Center (CCO) and proper execution of interventions; **Standardization of Procedures:** Ensure that interventions comply with pre-hospital protocols, Ministry of Health regulations, ANTT standards, SAMU guidelines, and applicable state/municipal legislation; **Operational Resource Management:** Supervise the condition of ambulances, APH equipment, and medical supplies, ensuring their availability and proper functioning during interventions; **Performance Indicator Analysis:** Monitor intervention indicators (response time, type of incident, clinical outcomes), prepare reports, and propose process improvements; **Training and Capacity Building:** Organize periodic training sessions, emergency simulations, and refresher courses for APH teams, in coordination with other operational departments; **External Agency Coordination:** Maintain relationships with SAMU, Fire Department, Federal Highway Police (PRF), hospitals, and local health authorities to ensure mutual support and integrated emergency responses; **Documentation Management:** Supervise the correct issuance and archiving of patient care forms, incident reports, and medication and supply records, in compliance with legal requirements; **Contingency Plan Support:** Support the development and implementation of contingency plans and crisis response protocols involving multiple casualties or events significantly impacting highway operations. 2512210202551931465
