Job Summary: Perform simple manual tasks and assist in various construction-related activities, contributing to the organization, cleanliness, and efficient progress of the construction site. Perform simple manual tasks and assist in various construction-related activities, contributing to the organization, cleanliness, and efficient progress of the construction site. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Construction Site Cleaning and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workplace by collecting debris, leftover materials, and misplaced tools. * Material Transportation: Load and unload construction materials—such as bricks, cement, sand, rebar, wood, and others—to designated work areas. * Material Preparation: Assist in preparing mortars, concrete, and other mixtures, following instructions from masons or supervisors. * Excavation and Leveling: Perform trench and pit excavation, assist in land leveling, and carry out other physically demanding tasks. * Assistance to Other Professionals: Support masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other on-site professionals as needed. * Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Clean and organize tools and equipment, inspect their condition for use, and report any issues. * Demolition: Participate in demolition activities involving masonry, flooring, and other structures, adhering to safety regulations. * Minor Repairs: Carry out minor repairs and finishing tasks, such as assisting with plastering, painting, and other general services. * Safety Oversight: Comply with occupational safety regulations, correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any hazardous situations. * Other Tasks: Perform additional duties related to the position, as required by the construction site’s needs and immediate supervisor’s instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education **Additional Information** **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance; **Meals:** Meal/Voucher Allowance of R$ 28.60 per workday.
