Job Description: High school diploma required; Preferred qualifications: Experience in highway operations, traffic logistics, emergency response, or operational control centers—preferably within the highway concession sector; Desirable technical knowledge: Operational control systems (CCTV, PMV, radio communication, SCADA, SIROS, or equivalent), road operation standards, traffic management, and road safety; Responsible for coordinating the activities of the Operational Control Center (CCO), ensuring continuous highway monitoring, appropriate deployment of operational resources, and efficient response to incidents, accidents, and events affecting traffic flow and safety. Focuses on service excellence, adherence to contracted service levels, and supporting integrated highway operations management. * Coordinate traffic operators’ and CCO controllers’ teams, ensuring real-time monitoring of the highway network via cameras, sensors, PMVs, and other decision-support systems; * Ensure proper receipt, registration, and dispatch of incidents, promptly and effectively mobilizing operational vehicles (pre-hospital care, towing, inspection, firefighting, etc.); * Supervise appropriate use of technological systems (SCADA, CCTV, radios, GIS, operational databases, etc.); * Maintain continuous communication with field teams, highway police, fire department, and other agencies involved in emergency and accident management; * Monitor and ensure compliance with operational protocols and service-level agreements (SLAs) established by the concessionaire and regulatory agency (e.g., ANTT); * Prepare and analyze incident reports, response times, operational performance indicators, and traffic records; * Support development and execution of operational plans for special events, road closures, construction works, and adverse weather conditions; * Participate in training, capacity-building, and operational simulations with the CCO team; * Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and cross-departmental integration (maintenance, engineering, IT, road safety, etc.). 2512040202181166551
