




Description: Responsible for administering corporate benefits programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies, current legislation, and collective agreements. Key responsibilities include: * Manage company-offered benefits (transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, medical and dental plans, life insurance, among others). * Manage relationships with vendors, providers, and brokers, monitoring contracts, adjustments, negotiations, and service quality. * Control eligibility, grants, changes, and cancellations of benefits, ensuring system updates and proper coordination with payroll. * Provide support and guidance to employees regarding questions and benefit usage. * Assist in developing internal policies and benchmarking studies to maintain the competitiveness of benefit packages. * Participate in audit processes, performance indicator analysis, and preparation of management reports. * Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as eSocial. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Previous experience in benefits administration, preferably in medium to large companies. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Experience with HR management and payroll systems (LG, ADP, Senior, etc.) is desirable. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. 2510160202251670621
