Main Responsibilities: * Approach customers within the company premises in a polite and respectful manner; * Provide customer service by offering and assisting customers in finding products available at REDE Stores according to their needs; * Pay attention to all products on offer or currently promoted in-store to proactively present them to customers; * Offer baskets and shopping carts to enhance customer comfort during their visit to REDE Stores; * Assist with merchandise returns when necessary; * Support store front operations whenever possible; * Sell complementary products to help increase the store's average transaction value and achieve sales targets; Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
