This position is predominantly operational (85%), involving practical on-site execution, space organization, and resolution of unforeseen issues, as well as occasional support in planning and continuous improvement of operational workflows. The individual will work in direct partnership with the Events Coordination team and various school departments. Key Responsibilities: * Execute and operate events, with emphasis on family-oriented events, recurring meetings, and institutional events * Set up, organize, and dismantle event spaces * Oversee supplier setup and teardown activities * Ensure campus spaces are organized and properly maintained * Develop, follow, and refine operational checklists * Manage material control, inventory, and stock organization * Resolve unexpected issues during events calmly, effectively, and with a solution-focused mindset * Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners * Support large-scale events when required 251221020255905956
