




Job Summary: Opportunity to provide administrative support to the procurement department, managing purchase requests, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining item and supplier registrations. Monitoring deliveries and follow-up with suppliers **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:12 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Requirements:** - Completed high school education; - Basic understanding of supplier negotiation; - Experience in Procurement or Warehouse departments; - Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred). **Responsibilities:** - Support administrative routines within the procurement department; - Centralize and manage purchase requests from various departments; - Monitor deliveries and conduct follow-up with suppliers; - Register and update item records, supplier information, and fixed assets in the system; - Control and organize registrations, supplier qualification forms, and partner documentation; - Place purchase orders for consumables and supplies, addressing routine and emergency requirements.
