




Job Summary: This professional will provide support for the procurement department's administrative routines, controlling purchase requests, tracking deliveries, and performing system registrations. Registration and updating of items and suppliers in the system **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Basic understanding of supplier negotiation; \- Experience in Procurement or Warehouse departments; \- ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred). **Responsibilities:** \- Support procurement department's administrative routines; \- Centralize and control purchase requests from various departments; \- Track deliveries and perform follow-up with suppliers; \- Register and update item records, supplier records, and fixed assets in the system; \- Manage and organize registrations, supplier qualification records, and partner documentation; \- Place purchase orders for consumables and operational materials, addressing routine and emergency demands.
