Join the largest electric meter manufacturer in Latin America! ️ We are a 95-year-old company that operates as a technology and comprehensive solutions provider for the electric power sector. \#VemSerNansen Responsibilities: * Manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring system, network, and equipment stability, security, and availability. * Coordinate technology vendors and partners, monitoring contracts, deliveries, and service-level agreements. * Administer corporate systems (ERP, networks, servers, backups, access controls, and internal tools), ensuring smooth operational functionality. * Provide internal departmental support by identifying technology needs and proposing business-appropriate solutions. * Lead IT system and infrastructure implementation, improvement, and upgrade projects. * Ensure information security, access control, internal policies, and technology best practices. * Monitor departmental KPIs, prepare management reports, and support leadership decision-making. * Coordinate technical support services and ensure continuity of IT environments. * Collaborate with local and international teams to align Brazil operations with headquarters. * Support digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement of internal processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems. * Experience and Knowledge: * Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and corporate support. * Knowledge of corporate network environments, servers, backups, Microsoft 365, access control, and information security. * Experience with corporate ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, or similar). * Familiarity with vendor management and internal user support. * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is considered a plus. * Knowledge of system implementation and improvement projects.
