Job Summary: A Generalist HR Professional to manage recruitment, personnel administration, payroll processing, employee benefits, and support organizational climate initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills Responsibilities: * Manage Recruitment and Selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, and interviews); * Perform onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and timekeeping administration; * Verify data for payroll closing in coordination with the accounting department; * Administer employee benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plans); * Support internal organizational climate and communication initiatives; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies; * Provide support to managers and employees. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Previous experience as a Generalist HR Professional; * Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT); * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
