Maintenance of kitchen hygiene and food safety Responsibilities * Prepare snacks and meals according to the menu and order specifications. * Apply various cooking techniques, including baking, frying, grilling, and steaming. * Plate and garnish dishes to ensure an attractive presentation. * Follow recipes to guarantee flavor, aroma, and dish quality. * Receive, inspect, and store food supplies, verifying ingredient condition and freshness. * Monitor inventory levels and requisition necessary materials. * Track food waste and control costs. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils. * Adhere to food safety regulations to prevent contamination. * Ensure hygiene and safety practices are followed at all stages.
