The professional will be responsible for executing pre\-preparation, cooking, and finalization of foods, ensuring quality, standardization, and food safety. **Responsibilities** * Perform pre\-preparation, preparation, and meal production according to established menus. * Operate industrial kitchen equipment (steam kettles, stockpots, ovens, food processors, etc.). * Follow good handling practices and hygiene and safety standards. * Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and portioning. * Assist with inventory control and storage. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the production area. * Work as part of a team to ensure daily production efficiency. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Production Cook or in an industrial kitchen. * Knowledge of large-volume food production. * Experience with industrial equipment and steam kettles. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity, organization, and commitment to schedules. * Flexible availability. * This position is open to all genders. **Benefits** * Competitive market-based salary. * Medical assistance. * Provided meals and meal allowances. * Transportation allowance.
