Experience with micronutrients, chelates, and complexes. Understanding of chelating and complexing agents. Development of solid, liquid, emulsion, and suspension formulations. Product stability studies. Knowledge of regulations governing agrochemical products. Operation of equipment (spectrophotometer, pH meter, conductivity meter). Preparation of samples for stability testing. Organization and shipment of samples for external evaluations. Participation in project management. Interaction with production, quality control, and marketing departments. Preparation of technical reports. Use of data to support decision-making.
