In the **Production Operator** role, you will be responsible for operating and/or leading the operation of production line equipment in packaging areas, ensuring product quality, safeguarding equipment, identifying potential failures, and performing activities according to operational guidelines and procedures, aiming to contribute to achieving production targets. The **DNA** of each **UBY** employee makes them unique! ***\#grupoubyagro*** ***\#vemprauby*** ***\#somosubyfolianos*** ***\#somosubylovers*** **Responsibilities and duties** **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Becoming familiar with the activities to be performed during your work shift, according to the instructions and schedules provided by your immediate supervisor; * Inspecting machines, equipment, tools, and instruments, verifying their proper functioning to perform your work correctly, reporting any irregularities to your supervisor for necessary actions; * Programming the machine according to the product specifications defined by the production schedule; * Operating factory machinery, producing with the required quality and within established standards; * Performing maintenance interventions on machines and/or equipment or requesting maintenance services when necessary; * Informing your immediate supervisor of any discrepancies detected regarding products and their respective standards, or concerning the progress of the production process; * Reporting and alerting about critical or imminent danger situations within your work area, allowing immediate corrective action by the Safety department to prevent accidents and protect company assets; * Arranging for the movement of raw materials and packaging required for daily production; * Participating in monthly and rotational inventory counts to control stock levels; * Periodically collecting samples for quality analysis, following previously established protocols; * Participating in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on respective equipment as scheduled; * Guiding the production support team on compliance with operational procedures; * Ensuring care for the work environment, being responsible for waste separation, protecting and preserving the environment. **Requirements and qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you need:** **Required** * Completed High School; * Knowledge of production lines; * Willingness to reside in Uberaba/MG. **Additional information** **Come be an ambassador of UbyAgro culture** * Nurture a visionary spirit; * Value people; * Cultivate Integrity; * Ensure excellence in our products and services; * Develop relevant innovations for our culture; * Yellow Boots (Identify with the field from head to toe); A Brazilian multinational that, since 1985, has been developing specialty products, providing macro and micronutrients for granule coating, seed treatment, seedlings and cuttings, and foliar applications for all agricultural crops.
