Description: * Solid experience in CAPEX/Maintenance planning. * Experience in structural maintenance and structural integrity (advantage). * Knowledge of maintenance shutdown activities. * Strong focus on occupational safety. * Proven ability in personnel and contract management. * Proficiency in budget management and forecasting. * Ability to develop and lead teams across different locations. Advantage: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related fields) * Knowledge of Chemical and Fertilizer Plants * Preferably residing in Uberaba/MG * Availability for travel * Knowledge of SAP * Develop detailed execution plans, including scope definition, survey and sequencing of activities, assignment of responsibilities, and interface control. * Plan and manage plant shutdowns, ensuring structural integrity and employee safety. * Develop and monitor monthly investment expenditure plans, forecasting monthly and annual budgets. * Develop planning standards together with the client, ensuring alignment with best practices. * Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams (planners, field supervisors, material technicians, etc.) * Lead hiring and team restructuring processes when necessary. * Act as a reference in occupational safety, promoting a safe and healthy work environment. * Support contract and supplier management, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and costs. * Develop and maintain the long-term plan for client investment execution. 2510240202201766085
