We make things happen—with courage, boldness, and enthusiasm—to surpass results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to company projects by implementing new ideas in product development and their manufacturing processes, conducting laboratory and production tests while adhering to technical standards and recommendations, to meet internal and external customer needs * Evaluate and suggest improvements to packaging-related processes, aiming to maintain final product quality * Explore new packaging technologies by staying updated on the latest trends and technological advances in the field, reading relevant scientific articles and publications * Perform and delegate technical analyses related to packaging of products under development and during production monitoring, aiming to maintain final product quality * Document completed work by completing records and reports and archiving them, to ensure traceability of analyses and controls * Monitor and execute daily activities related to approval processes by analyzing the work schedule and following planning guidelines and corporate goals, identifying required needs and actions to ensure optimal workflow execution * Operate computerized quality management systems by entering specification data **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed degree in Chemistry or related fields * Experience in packaging development * Experience with filling equipment * Knowledge of terrestrial packaging approval processes. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree/Master’s in Chemistry * Knowledge of Agricultural Products **Additional Information** Your journey at Ourofino Agroscience starts now!
