**Our team is growing! Join us.** We are looking for a **Senior Data Governance Analyst** to drive the structuring, standardization, and evolution of the corporate data ecosystem. You will be a key player in defining policies, processes, and solutions that ensure data security, quality, privacy, and governance within the AWS Data Lake and Power BI environment, in full compliance with the LGPD and other applicable regulations. **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:** * Leading strategic data governance initiatives, defining frameworks for security, quality, and compliance. * Collaborating directly with business areas to identify needs, define concepts, and standardize corporate KPIs. * Continuously monitoring data deliverables usage, ensuring adherence, centralization, and standardization of information, while promoting autonomy for conscious use of analytics. * Establishing formal access management processes, with clearly assigned roles and responsibilities (owners, stewards, guardians), ensuring every access or modification request follows an approval workflow managed by data owners. * Structuring and maintaining a corporate data catalog and inventory of concepts, ensuring all teams have a single official source for definitions, business rules, and metrics. * Enabling business areas to independently identify which reports, dashboards, and data deliverables cover a specific KPI, topic, or subject. * Implementing Data Catalog, Data Quality, and Data Lineage processes. * Establishing governance over the creation of KPIs, semantic tables, and corporate datasets. Monitor data consumption, access, and protection across the entire data lifecycle (ingestion, storage, visualization). * Implementing data classification, security, and privacy policies in compliance with the LGPD. * Acting as a technical reference for executive, technology, and operations teams, promoting best practices in data governance and data-driven decision-making. * Leading and supporting initiatives within governance, security, and privacy committees. **Requirements and qualifications** **For this role, the following are required:** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. **Behavioral competencies** * Systemic vision and security- and compliance-oriented mindset. * Ownership mindset, accountability, and integrity in data management. * Clear communication with technical, executive, and legal teams. * Analytical and collaborative profile. * Proactivity in identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Ability to translate data risks into practical, mitigating actions. **Technical knowledge** * Proficiency in AWS tools related to governance, security, and cataloging. * Implementation and maintenance of Data Governance policies. * Practical application of LGPD principles. * Classification and categorization of sensitive data. * Mapping of data flows and lineage (Data Lineage). * Monitoring of data access and consumption. * Metadata management, data dictionary, corporate glossary, and business rules. * Standardization of KPIs, business rules, semantic tables, and corporate datasets. * Power BI administration with a focus on governance: * Workspaces, permissions, lifecycle, and versioning. * RLS (Row-Level Security) and CLS (Column-Level Security). * Gateway and connection management. * Building and maintaining structures such as: * Corporate Data Catalog. * Data Quality framework. * Data access and classification policies. * Documentation standards. * Proficiency in SQL. * Experience developing reports and datasets in Power BI. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with Data Quality or Data Catalog tools. * Hands-on experience implementing LGPD policies in Data Lake or corporate BI environments. * Experience applying governance in self-service BI environments. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Data Governance, Information Security, Analytics, or related fields. **Additional information** **Location:** Our technology team works remotely, but if you need to visit the office, we’re located in São Paulo, Itaim Bibi. **Benefits:** \- Flexible meal/food allowance — Swille card; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Remote work allowance; * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Vittude; * Consortium professional day benefit; * 0% interest rate on our products (for employees only); \- PPR (Profit Sharing Plan) — based on annual program goals.
