**Our team is growing! Join us.** We are looking for a **Senior Data Governance Analyst** to drive the structuring, standardization, and evolution of the corporate data ecosystem. You will be a key player in defining policies, processes, and solutions that ensure data security, quality, privacy, and governance within the AWS Data Lake and Power BI environment, in full compliance with the LGPD and other applicable regulations. **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:** * Leading strategic data governance initiatives, defining frameworks for security, quality, and compliance. * Collaborating directly with business areas to identify needs, define concepts, and standardize corporate KPIs. * Continuously monitoring data deliverables usage, ensuring adherence, centralization, and standardization of information, while promoting autonomy for conscious use of analytics. * Establishing formal access management processes, with clearly assigned roles and responsibilities (owners, stewards, guardians), ensuring every access or modification request follows an approval workflow managed by data owners. * Structuring and maintaining a corporate data catalog and inventory of concepts, ensuring all teams have a single official source for definitions, business rules, and metrics. * Enabling business areas to independently identify which reports, dashboards, and data deliverables cover a specific KPI, topic, or subject. * Implementing Data Catalog, Data Quality, and Data Lineage processes. * Establishing governance over the creation of KPIs, semantic tables, and corporate datasets.
