We are looking for an intern to join our Quality team. Here, you will have the chance to develop your analytical skills in practice by supporting activities related to processes, metrics, and internal controls, as well as learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Throughout your internship, you will handle administrative tasks within the department, monitor metrics, organize documents, support audits, and apply quality tools such as 5S and PDCA. We seek someone detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to follow standards and procedures to ensure excellence in deliverables.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Support the registration of new Nonconformities;
* Manage registered NCs (Nonconformities) in the system regarding task deadlines;
* Meet with responsible parties to resolve NCs;
* Conduct effectiveness analysis.
* Guide departments responsible for documentation on the required template;
* Support document upload into the system;
* Participate as an observer in internal, external, and customer audits;
* Assign responsibilities for investigating Customer Service Requests (SACs);
* Support responsible parties handling SACs;
* Register customer satisfaction surveys in the system;
* Attend monthly Indicator Review Meetings;
* Attend quarterly Indicator Review Meetings with Senior Management;
* Support tracking of customer satisfaction indicators;
* Support personnel responsible for indicators registered in the system;
* Support risk control within the system.
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields;
* Availability for at least a one-year internship;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Basic knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 5S, PDCA, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, metrics)
