The Full Planning Analyst will work within the Highway Concession Business Unit, directly supporting the Unit Director in strategic, operational, and financial management. The role involves consolidating information, conducting analyses, monitoring performance indicators, and tracking the unit’s budget, providing technical input for decision-making. * Support the Unit Director with strategic analyses related to concession operations, results, and performance. * Develop, monitor, and update performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring visibility into results, risks, and opportunities. * Participate in annual and multi-year planning processes, contributing to goal setting, forecasts, and scenario development. * Monitor the budget across all unit areas, performing budget vs. actual comparisons and trend analysis. * Identify budget variances, support the definition of corrective actions, and propose recommendations for cost optimization and performance improvement. * Track action plan progress, aligning them with the unit’s strategic objectives. * Consolidate operational, administrative, and financial data, transforming them into analytical reports and management dashboards. * Prepare executive presentations for internal meetings and regulatory bodies, as required. * Serve as a support point for leadership in investment analysis, operational cost assessment, and strategic requirements. * Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment of information used in decision-making processes. 2512210202551931463
