Brasília, 5199 **Schedule:** **Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)** **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ We are an automotive preventive maintenance company focused on **engine oil and automatic transmission fluid replacement**. **Role Mission** Transform scattered data (Meta, Google, CRM, website, financial) into **clear dashboards**, **monitoring routines**, and **actionable insights** that increase revenue, bay occupancy, and margin. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * **Centralize data** from Meta Ads, Google Ads/GA4, Kommo (CRM), financial spreadsheets, and operations (work orders, tickets). * Build and maintain **performance dashboards** (Power BI or Looker Studio) with key KPIs: **CPL, CAC, conversion by stage, no-show rate, average ticket value, LTV, ROAS, bay occupancy**. * Develop simple **ETL/ELT routines** (n8n/Make + Python/SQL) to automate data ingestion, cleaning, and consolidation. * Conduct **weekly analyses**: cohort analysis, channel-based funnels, offer/creative A/B tests, time-of-day/day-of-week variations, outlier detection. * Deliver **practical insights** (what to do now) and **alerts** when KPIs deviate from targets (email/WhatsApp). * Document the **data dictionary** and standardize **naming conventions/UTMs**. **Requirements (Must-Have)** * **Proven experience** building dashboards (portfolio/link required). * **Advanced Excel/Google Sheets** (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY). * **Power BI** (or Looker Studio) — basic modeling, DAX/measures, filters. * **SQL** (MySQL/BigQuery) for queries, joins, aggregations. * **Python (pandas)** for data cleaning and processing (bonus: scheduling). * **n8n** (or Make) for integrations/automation across data sources. * Solid understanding of **GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads**, and **CRM** (Kommo preferred). * **Data-driven mindset**, **critical thinking**, **proactivity**, and eagerness to learn. * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in **Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration/Exact Sciences**. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience in **local businesses/services** and operational metrics (occupancy, no-show). * Knowledge of AI. * API knowledge.
