What will your responsibilities be? * Implement management and continuous improvement tools using recognized methodologies. * Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the maturity of Mosaic’s Operational Excellence Model. * Support continuous improvement projects within operations, aligned with the prioritized project portfolio, ensuring value delivery to stakeholders. * Conduct operational process mapping, process optimization, routine management, and standardization. * Support strategy deployment, indicator analysis, prioritization of continuous improvement projects, resource guidance/training, and process stabilization through standardization practices. * Strategic planning and strategy deployment down to the operational level. * Implement routine management tools (routine management, standardization, problem-solving). * Support continuous improvement projects in operations by sharing best practices and ensuring planned gains are achieved. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems. * Analytical mindset; Agile methodologies; Process improvement methodologies; Organization; Communication; Planning; Project Management; Collaboration. * Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI. * Intermediate English proficiency.
