We make things happen, always with courage, boldness, and enthusiasm to exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and duties** **Working hours:** Work on a **Marshall shift schedule**, with **shift rotation every 6 months** — meaning employees alternate between the **06:00 AM to 6:00 PM** and **6:00 PM to 6:00 AM** shifts. It's important to have **availability for both shifts**, as the shift schedule requires this alternation. * Perform physicochemical tests (using liquid chromatography and gas chromatography techniques) and packaging tests according to specifications and analytical methods currently in place within the quality system, ensuring quality requirements are met * Support laboratory materials inventory management through inventory control for purchase planning * Carry out verifications, maintenance, and calibrations of laboratory equipment according to established standards, ensuring equipment performance and reliability of results * Support documentation and control plans in systems such as SE-SUITE and SAP, as well as release products according to recommendations from Integrated Management System procedures * Ensure incoming production inputs meet compliance requirements for entry authorization through analyses, counting sheets, and system certificates, facilitating production order initiation operations * Support interfacing departments in operations related to the department by promoting information flow through monitoring area indicators to achieve company strategic goals * Contribute to team process improvements through data collection and presentations, supporting the department’s service level. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy * Practical experience with Liquid Chromatography (HPLC – UV-Vis) and Gas Chromatography (GC-FID); theoretical experience will not be considered * Knowledge of housekeeping (5S) * Active CRQ / CRF registration * Basic English proficiency * Availability to work in Uberaba/MG * Availability to work Marshall shift schedule as described above **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards * Experience with SAP * Familiarity with Document Management Software **Additional information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro starts now!
