If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a team driven by excellence and results, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise, coordinate, and support electro-electronic maintenance activities for the highway’s operational assets, ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of systems and equipment critical to operations, road safety, and user service. Manage technical teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. **Key Activities:** * Coordinate electro-electronic maintenance technician teams (Levels I, II, and III), assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and priorities; * Monitor and validate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on systems such as: Variable Message Signs (VMS); CCTV systems; Traffic controllers and traffic signals; Weighbridges and weighing systems; Toll equipment; Communication and automation systems; Sensors and electronic instruments installed along the highway; * Plan maintenance routines and develop monthly/semi-annual schedules; * Track maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, critical failures, backlog); * Ensure execution of the maintenance plan aligned with best practices and technical standards; * Assess needs for system and equipment upgrades, replacements, and modernization; * Train, guide, and provide technical development for team members; * Evaluate team performance and promote continuous improvement; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal policies; * Manage inventory of spare parts, components, and tools; * Request material purchases and verify technical receipt documentation; * Monitor supplier, service provider, and technology company contracts, ensuring quality and timeliness; * Review technical reports, work orders, and team-issued inspection reports; * Ensure timely updates to maintenance management records and systems (CMMS); * Prepare managerial reports, failure analyses, and action plans; * Coordinate responses to critical failures impacting highway operations—especially in safety and mobility systems; * Serve as a support point for the Operational Control Center (OCC) during incidents involving electronic systems. Ensure rapid and effective response in emergency situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical education in Electro-Electronics, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, or related fields; A higher education degree (Technologist or Engineering) in Electro-Electronics or Automation is desirable; Prior experience in supervising or leading maintenance teams; Experience in highway concessionaires or environments with critical infrastructure systems is highly desirable; Experience with automation systems, communication systems, and field equipment; Proficiency in reading and interpreting projects, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals; Knowledge of control systems, industrial networks, and communication protocols; Proficiency in maintenance software (CMMS); Basic understanding of project management and performance indicators; Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** On-site work will be conducted in Uberaba/MG; Working hours follow standard administrative hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. For the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with the investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. manages the entire length of MS-306, from kilometer zero at the Mato Grosso do Sul/Mato Grosso border to kilometer 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), including 1.4 kilometers of BR-359 from kilometer zero to the Mato Grosso do Sul/Goiás border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. manages the concession of MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 concession segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 concession, covering the stretch beginning at kilometer 360+100—the junction with BR-381 in Betim—to kilometer 799—the junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
