Negotiation of sales terms and service conditions **Responsibilities:** * Manage the after-sales service and customer support team, monitor quality and satisfaction levels, and define problem-solving strategies to achieve company-set goals and objectives; * Participate with senior management in developing sales strategies; * Plan and monitor the after-sales department’s objectives; * Supervise activities of the team under direct responsibility; * Negotiate sales terms, customer service conditions, technical consultant support, and marketing initiatives for the product line; * Achieve objectives and actions defined in the operational plan; * Propose corrective and preventive actions to improve performance within the area of responsibility; * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements:** * Prior experience at automotive dealerships, preferably with management experience in service and general after-sales operations; * Bachelor’s degree preferred; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
