Description: Main Activities: Coordinate and/or carry out product regularization and audit procedures with ANVISA: product notifications, product registrations, formula changes, labeling changes, among others; Perform searches on the ANVISA website to verify publication of registrations, revalidations, and changes; Coordinate and/or conduct audits of notification processes, registrations, and labels for all company-manufactured products to ensure compliance with ANVISA standards in collaboration with the Research and Development department; Coordinate and/or perform review and validation of labeling to comply with ANVISA regulations. Guide the marketing team regarding labeling requirements, claims (commercial appeals), etc.; Coordinate and/or manage annual renewal procedures for the Technical Responsibility Certificate issued by the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) or Regional Council of Chemistry (CRQ) for all headquarters and branches; Coordinate and/or manage annual renewal procedures for the Operating License (CLF) issued by the Federal Police for Masterline's main unit; Ensure global regulatory monitoring by tracking trends in the regulated environment; Evaluate technical documents of raw materials regarding national and international regulatory restrictions for the homologation process; Prepare official letters and administrative defenses in response to health notifications received from regulatory agencies such as ANVISA, Inmetro, Funed, State and Municipal Health Surveillance, among others; Prepare official letters, declarations, and technical notices to provide clarifications requested by international health authorities when necessary; Coordinate the updating of architectural projects for headquarters and branches before Municipal and/or State Health Surveillance; Guide the DCB translation process for ingredient lists of domestic products. Control, monitor, and register in SISGEN all raw materials and products related to Brazilian biodiversity Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Administration. * Experience in R\&D * Intermediate English proficiency, advanced desirable * Intermediate Spanish proficiency, advanced desirable * Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SAP, or Sankhya tools is desirable. 2510250202201767666
